If you have something very niche and personal in mind for someone special (another person or even you, you are special), I can make a 3D model and deliver an .STL that you can use to 3D print!
With this client here, he provided me a design he made with symbols very dear to him and his partner, and he wanted to include a ruby from a family heirloom.
I took care of turning the beautiful design into a 3D model.
The step afterward was to 3D print it in wax castable resin. In this case we contacted a printing lab local to the client (3Assi). Once printed the product was sent to a local silversmith that could cast the ring and add the stone.
